These Terms of Use apply to your use of PetroSmart Academy (https://www.petrosmartacademy.com, the "Website"). By using the Website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is published by Ahmadou Habibou, an individual publisher based in Cameroon ("we", "us"). Contact: info@petrosmartacademy.com.
2. Access to the Website
The Website is free to access and does not require an account. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including for maintenance, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
3. Educational content
All content is provided for educational purposes only. Worked examples are synthetic exercises unless a published source is cited, and calculators are simplified teaching models provided "as is". Please read our Disclaimer before relying on any content.
4. Intellectual property
- Unless stated otherwise, the texts, original diagrams, illustrations and calculators on the Website are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher. Third-party images and materials remain the property of their owners and are used under their licence, with the credits shown.
- You may read, print or download content for your personal, non-commercial study, and you may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the original page.
- You may not republish, sell, copy whole articles to another website, or use the content to create competing courses or training materials without our written permission.
- "PetroSmart Academy" and its logo may not be used in a way that suggests our endorsement without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or administration area, or interfere with its operation or security;
- use automated tools to copy the Website's content in bulk;

The Website links to and embeds content from third-party services (for example YouTube, Udemy, Telegram and GitHub). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Courses on Udemy are sold under Udemy's terms, not these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, including any decision taken on the basis of its articles, examples or calculators. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
